The relevant boutique will locate your item, package it nicely, and send it to you in a timely manner. is affiliated with Trusted Shops, thus it's a safe and reliable shop. The clothing we offer comes from exclusive boutiques from all over the Netherlands and Belgium. All our boutiques are very distinctive and distinguish themselves with their unique designer collections and limited editions. Each store has its own story.

By bringing together these boutiques, has created a platform offering 100+designer brands for both men and women. We often only carry one piece of an item, providing you with a real one of a kind item.

You only have to order once, even when you order from several boutiques. The items will be shipped directly from the boutiques via UPS Standard.


We will keep you up to date on the status of your order per email. You can also login to your personal account on to check the status of your order and to trace your package.

Do you want to change your order after you’ve already paid? Please contact our customer service. If your order has already been shipped, regrettably, it can no longer be changed.

Yes, all prices on our website include 21% VAT.

If you have a complaint, you can contact us via our contact form. It is also possible to send an email to If possible, please attach a picture regarding the complaint. We will reply as soon as possible and contact you within one working day.

When we received your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be forwarded to the boutique, who will prepare your package. Once the package is sent, you will once again receive a confirmation email.

You can use your coupon code at the “check out”, where you will find “enter coupon code” in the right bottom corner. After entering your code, don’t forget to click on “save”. Once you’ve completed your order, it is technically impossible to process any discounts.

All products on are offered directly by physical boutiques in the Netherlands and Belgium This means that we don’t have our own storehouse. The boutique who is offering the product can inform you about their stock, and they might be able to backorder for you.

All products come with a legal guarantee. This means that the products have to provide what the consumer might reasonably expect.


We accept the following creditcards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and JCB cards

Depending on your billing country, we also offer iDeal, AfterPay, Bancontact/Mister Cash, and Sofort. 
For the use of AfterPay, you pay an additional fee of €3,95.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal or with Cash on Delivery. 
For the use of Cash on Delivery, you pay an additional fee of €15.

You will receive your invoice or receipt from the boutique. This will be included with your order.

Virtually all payments are processed immediately.

For logging in and paying on, we use a secure SSL connection. This means that all the personal information you have entrusted us with is encrypted. Your payment details are thus doubly protected within the ordering process. Nothing can be viewed by others. The most important protection is your own password. Never give your password to other people and avoid open access to your account. guarantees the safety of your data. All data and payment information are sent in encrypted form.

We offer the possibility to pay afterwards order (on credit) with a digital giro from AfterPay for an amount up to €1.250,-. This provides you the opportunity to decide first if you want to keep your order or to return it. For afterwards payment, select AfterPay as your payment method at the checkout. Would you like to order an item exceeding €1.250,-? In this case, please choose one of the other payment methods.

Is this your first time ordering with Afterpay? Then you can order up to €250,-.

Unfortunately, payment in installments is (not yet) possible.


At this moment, we deliver to 24 countries and regions in Europe. These countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.  

It is not (yet) possible to order from outside of Europe.

In the case that you’re not home, UPS will always try to deliver the package to one of your neighbors. If they are not available, UPS will bring the package to an UPS Access Point the same day. You can use your tracking number to see where your order has been delivered. Your package will remain in the UPS Access Point for 10 days.

The shipping fee for UPS Standard is €10 regardless of the size and weight of your package.
For UPS Express we charge a shipping fee of €20.

If you use UPS Standard, your order should be delivered between 1-3 business days following order confirmation depending on the destination.

If you choose UPS Express, you can expect your order the next day. 

We use UPS for the shipment and return of your order.

With the tracking number you received per email, you can track the status of your package on the UPS website.

You can simply specify a different delivery address or opt for delivery at an UPS Access Point during the checkout process.

Exchanges & Returns

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. If your order is already on its way, it can no longer be canceled.

You can return your order free of charge by registering your return within 14 days of receiving your order. It is important that you send your package to the correct boutique within 14 days after registering.

You will find return instructions included in all packages. It is important that the items are returned to the boutique and not the headquarters of

Please be aware that if the items are not returned in original condition, we will have to charge you the depreciation cost. 

Returning your order is free and is handled by UPS. They will pick up the package at the desired address. We call this our Pickup & Return Service. You can also drop off your return at an UPS Access Point.

The method of repayment will depend on your payment method. With PayPal or Bancontact/Mister Cash, the purchase will be refunded to the account with which your order has been paid. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be returned to it. In the case of Cash on Delivery, you will receive an email from us in which we ask for your bank details.

With AfterPay, the amount of the products returned by you will be deducted from the total amount. Note: If the payment term has expired, you need to pay the entire bill to avoid additional costs. The overpaid amount will be refunded to your account after receiving the return package.

Once your return has been received and accepted by the boutique, the to be refunded amount will be reimbursed. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after your return has been registered with us.
